Bike and Fun Day - Sat, Sept 21

Here are some details for you to know:

- Please be advised, that there will be a friendly registration table set up around 12:00 p.m. on the same day of the event
- You will need to fill a waiver form before our ride. I can send this form to you by email closer to the date of the event if this is your preference.
- All participants are encouraged to have a light lunch before our ride.
- You will be able to meet your group and leaders on the same day of the ride.

What you need to bring:
- Helmet,
- Your own bike,
- A water bottle,
- A church waiver form for you to fill out (please do not forget your Manitoba Health Card number)
- We kindly appreciate your donations to the WRBC food bank. A volunteer will be at the foyer to receive these donations on the same day of the event.
Here is a list of the most needed items. ( Please note this is voluntary)

 Pasta sauce,
 Canned veggies,
 Canned fruit,
 Canned meat (salmon, turkey, ham, tuna, etc.),
 Healthy dry cereal options.

Kids school snacks are also welcome, for example:
 Granola bars,
 Fruit cups,
 Cookies, and/ or
 Cheese and crackers
