Kids at the Ridge Christmas Program Date: Sunday, December 14th (10:30am Service)
We are excited to begin planning our Kids at the Ridge Christmas Program!
We want to know how your child would like to participate this year and what their availability is!
Important Dates:
Please note: We will be practicing during the Sunday morning service for all Sundays leading up to the 14th.
· Saturday, December 13th:
Full Dress Rehearsal 10:00am until 12 Noon.
This is an important practice for the kids, so we encourage your child to attend!
Go to the kids check-in area to sign in and drop off your kids. We will practice our stage entrances as well as practice singing our songs with the band on stage.
Kids involved in the Christmas Nativity Play may need to start earlier (9:30) and/or finish a little later if needed. We will contact you about this as needed.
· Sunday, December 14th:
Kids at the Ridge Christmas Program (10:30am Service)
Kids should arrive at 10am to get into costumes and warm up and rehearse our songs.
SONSeekers (Preschool Age 3 up to Grade 4) are invited to participate in the Kids Choir portion of our Christmas Program!
Please let us know if your child will be able to join us or not on December 14 so we can determine our numbers and plan for how many kids will be on stage that morning!
THE WAVE (Grade 5 & 6) are invited to participate as ushers, stage hands, scripture readers and narrators (or larger roles) and special music as needed.
More information about rehearsal dates for the play will be coming once we have the main roles assigned!

Our Christmas Program Presentation will be presented during the Sunday morning service on December 14th!
Our church service is livestreamed & recorded and the service will be posted on social media and our website. (Invite your friends and family to watch if they can't be there in person!)
If your child will be on stage, you must give photo permissions. They will not be allowed on stage on the day of our program without it.
Please make sure you have filled out your Child Registration Form for 2025-2026. Please click the link below to register your child for our Children's Programming for the Ministry year (September 2025 to August 2026). If you have already done this, thank you!! (Email me if you're not sure you have completed this or not.)

**If you would prefer to grant permission for this particular event only, please contact Sheilla and she can give you a special permission form to fill out!**
Please indicate if your child will be able to attend on Sunday, December 14 so we can plan our numbers and set up on stage.
If your child is interested in participating in any extra areas like the play or special music, please also indicate this below and we will contact you about the spots available.
This does not guarantee your child will receive a role in our Play, as there are limited spots available, but we will try our best to honor requests as best we can and have as many kids participate as we can!
Children who are part of our play portion of the program must be able to attend practices and dress rehearsals.
